学校代码：10128学号：040201086本科毕业设计说明书（题目：基于STRUTS+Hibernate的人力资源管理信息系统学生姓名：梁燕学院：信息工程学院系别：计算机系专业：计算机科学与技术班级：计算机04-2指导教师：邢红梅讲师钱庭荣工程师二○○八年六月内蒙古工业大学本科毕业设计说明书摘要随着网络技术的日益发达，电子商务空前发展，企业之间的竞争已经从有形的市场逐渐转向了网络。而相应的企业管理也都逐步进入信息化轨道——人力资源管理信息系统就应运而生了。人力资源管理信息系统是企业管理平台的重要组成部分，是为了提高企业人力资源管理水平而设计开发的。系统设计的目标是实现对企业人力资源信息进行统一管理，提供人力资源信息，用以支持决策，满足用户及时沟通需要，实现与其它系统协同工作。在系统实施过程中，采用B/S架构，使用J2EE开发框架，以统一建模语言(UML)对系统进行分析，使用STRUTS作为系统开发框架，数据库采用Oracle10g。本系统运用现代的人力资源管理理论，并结合企业具体情况，通过分析人力资源管理系统现状，设计了一个基于STRUTS+Hibernate的人力资源管理信息系统体系结构。本文研究的主要内容有：员工档案管理、招聘管理、培训管理、奖惩管理、薪资管理、文件管理、系统管理、员工自助管理模块。系统建立旨在将与人力资源管理有关的数据统一起来，形成一个统一的数据源，并能帮助企业的人力资源管理人员进行人力资源管理和规划。关键词：人力资源；STRUTS；HibernateAbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofcomputer,Internetandelectronicbusiness,theCompetitionbetweenenterpriseshasbeenmovedfromtangiblemarkettoInternet.ResourceManagementSystememergedforapplyingtheinformationtechniqueinenterprisemanager.HumanResourceManagementSystemisanimportfunctionofEnterpriseManagementPlatform(EMP).Itcanimprovethemanagementlevelofenterprises.ThepurposeofHRMSistorealizeuniformmanagementofhumanresourceinformation,tosupplyhumanresourceinformationfordecision-makingsupport,tomakeuserscommunicatingwitheachotherintimeandtocooperatewithothersystemeasily.TheB/SstructureandJ2EEisselectedtoprogramanddevelopthesoftwareplatform.TheUnifiedModelinglanguage(UML)actsasthestandardlanguageforanalysissystem.TheSTRUTSandHibernatearetheframeworkofthedesign.AnddatabaseisOracle10g.Inthedesign,theHumanResourceManagementSystembasedonStruts/Hibernateisproposedbycombiningthemoderntheoryofhumanresourcemanagementandenterprises'facts.ThecurrentstatusofHumanResourceManagementisanalyzed.TheresearchofHRMSinthispaperfocuson：peoplemanagementmodule,applicationmanagementmodule,trainingmanagementmodule,bonus-penaltymanagementmodule,salarymanagementmodule,upload-Filemanagementmodule,systemmanagementmodule,eHRmanagementmodule.ThepurposeofHRMSestablishistoconsolidatealltheinformationrelated
