外文资料与中文翻译Micro-feedMechanismwithHigh-ResolutionandLarge-StrokeBasedonFrictionDriveHaitaoLiu∗,ZeshengLuSchoolofMechantronicsEngineering,HarbinInstituteofTechnologyABSTRACTBasedonfrictiondrivingprinciple,designalongstrokelengthandhighresolutionwalkingmicro-feedingdevicedrivenbypiezoelectricceramicelementsandcombinedwiththescrewshaftandaerostaticguideway.Thedesignwasmadetotheadjustablepreloaddevicebyflexiblefour-barlinkage.ThestaticpropertiesofflexiblelinkagedeviceareanalyzedwithFEM.Thetransmissioncharacteristicsofmicro-feedingdeviceareexhaustivelyanalyzed.Keywords:Frictiondrive,Piezoelectricactuator,Flexurehinge,Finiteelement1.INTRODUCTIONAsphericopticshasbeenwidelyusedinindustriessuchasaviation,aerospace,nationaldefenseandsoon.However,themanufactureoflargeasphericopticsfacesmanyproblemssuchasgreatdifficulty,lowefficiency,highcost,increasedrequirementonprocessequipmentetc[1,2].Inordertoarriveathighprecision,themicrodisplacementresolutionofultra-precisionmachinemustbefurtheradvanced,soastocompensatingtheprocessingerroronline.Therefore,thedesignofmicro-feedmechanismhasbecomeoneofthekeytechnologies[3-7].PZTisthenewmicro-feedmechanismdevelopedinrecentyears.Ithastheadvantagessuchassmallvolume,largepower,highresolution,andhighfrequencyresponseandsoonandphenomenasuchasnoheating,nobacklashandmucosity,soit’swidelyusedmicrocontrollerinmicro-feedmechanism.Nowadays,frictiongearingmechanismisgraduallybeenacquiredandused[8,9].2.STRUCTUREANDOPERATINGPRINCIPLEOFMICRO-FEEDMECHANISMThemicro-feedmechanismismadeupofthreeparts:frictiongearing,ballscrewandstatic-pressureair-bearingguideway.Micro-feedmechanismusesthepiezoelectricityceramicfrictiongearingblock,whichtwistupthesleeveanddrivetheballscrew,soastobringalongtheair-bearingguidewaytorealizethemicro-feedmovement.ThestructureisshownasFigure1.1-Bearingbracket2-Frictiongearingblock3Frictiongearingsleeve4-Static-pressureair-bearingguideway5-Ballscrew6-Piezoelectricityceramicbase7-PiezoelectricityceramicusedforfeedingFigure1:(
