本科生毕业设计(说明书)PAGEIV摘要随着汽车工业的发展,人们对汽车的乘坐舒适性和安全性的要求逐渐提高,因此对汽车的悬架系统和减振器也提出了更高的要求。这次设计的现代途胜2.0GL轿车的悬架系统是具有实际意义的。本次设计主要内容是:现代途胜2.0GL轿车的前、后悬架系统的结构设计,前悬架采用的是目前较为流行的麦弗逊式独立悬架,后悬架采用的是平顺性较好的双叉骨独立悬架。前、后悬架的减振器均采用双作用液力减振器。还进行了悬架参数的确定。弹性元件的设计计算。导向机构和横向稳定杆的结构计算及强度校核。采用MATLAB软件对悬架系统的平顺性进行了编程分析,论证了该悬架系统设计参数的合理正确性。采用CAXA软件分别绘制前后悬架的装配图和部分零件图。在这次设计中,采用了传统典型的悬架系统,尽量采用通用件,降低了设计的成本。在平顺性分析上,建立二个自由度的汽车振动模型,分别对轮胎、车身和座椅进行振动分析,可以体现出悬架衰减振动的能力是较强的。因此,这次设计的悬架系统具有良好的行驶平顺性。关键词:独立悬架;汽车减振器;导向机构;平顺性AbstractWiththedevelopmentoftheAutomobileindustry,peoplehavebeenpromotingtherequirementforthesafetyandridecomfortqualityofthevehicle.Asaresult,thereisahigherdemandonthesuspensionandtheshockabsorbersystemofthevehicle.ThedesignoftheTucson2.0GLsuspensionsystemoftheTucsonhasapracticalsignificance.TheprojectmainlyincludesthedesignofconstructionofTucson2.0GLfrontandrearsuspensionsystem.ThepopularMacphersonindependentsuspensionisadoptd,andtheRidecomfortisbetterdouble-wishboneindependentsuspension.Bothfrontandbacksuspensionincludesthehydraulicdoubleactionshockabsorber.Thedesignincludesconfirmingtheparametersofsuspensionsystem,calculatingconcerningthecomponentswiththefeaturesofsprings,checkingtheintensityandcalculatingregardingthestructureoftheguidemechnismandstabilizerrod.What’smore,theMATLABsoftwareisusedtoanalyzetheridecomfortofthesuspensionsystembyprogramming,italsodemonstratesthevalidityofparametersofthedesignconcerningthesuspensionsystem.Intheproject,thetraditionallyclassicsuspensionsystemisadoptedandthecommoncomponentsareadoptedasmanyaspossibleinordertodecreasethecostofthedesign.Whenitcomestothedesignregardingtheridecomfort,theshockmodelofthevehiclewith5DOFisbuiltfordoingtheshockanalysisconcerningthesesuchastires,bodyandseatofthevehicle,todosocanshowthehighcapabilityintheattenuationshockofthesuspensionsystem.Therefore,thisprojectofthesuspensionsystempossessesagoodridecomfort.Keywords:Independentsuspension;automobileshockabsorber;guidemechnism;ridecomfort目录TOC\o"1-3"\f\h
