中西医结合病理学和病理生理学研究思路与方法（完整版）实用资料(可以直接使用，可编辑完整版实用资料，欢迎下载）中西医结合病理学和病理生理学研究思路与方法黄启福(北京中医药大学病理学教研室,北京100029[摘要]病理学和病理生理学是研究疾病发生发展规律和机制的科学,是沟通基础医学与临床医学的桥梁学科。由于观察角度和思维方式的不同,西医学和中医学形成了各自独立的理论和诊治疾病的体系,但随着社会的发展,运用中、西医两种理论和方法形成中西医结合是医学发展的趋势,为此,开展中西医结合的病理学、病理生理学研究,对于揭示疾病时各种临床表现和体内变化的内在联系,阐明疾病发生发展的原因、条件、机制和规律,深入揭示疾病的本质并上升到理性认识阶段,有着重要的意义。在进行相关的研究时,应从病与证结合、宏观与微观结合、局部与整体结合切入,做到临床研究系统化、疾病动物模型研究证候化、证候模型与临床统一化。将中医理论基本思想渗透于现代医学研究之中,使病理、病理生理学研究具有鲜明的中医思辩的特征,使两个医学学科相结合的方式不仅仅停留在外在的关系上,更加强重视研究其本质性联系。[关键词]病理学;病理生理学;中西医结合[中图分类号]R2-031[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1672-1977(200404-0245-07StrategyandapproachesofpathologicalandpathophysiologicalresearchinintegratedtraditionalChineseandwesternmedicineHUANGQi-Fu(DepartmentofPathology,BeijingUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Beijing100029ABSTRACTPathologyandpathophysiologyaresciencesstudyingthelawsandmechanismsoftheoccurrenceanddevelopmontofdiseases,linkingupthepreclinicalandclinicalmedicine.Owingtothedifferentperspectivesandwaysofthinking,thewesternmedicineandthetraditionalChinesemedicinedevelopedrespectivelytheirindependenttheoretical,diagnosticandtherapeuticsystems.Integrativemedicine,combiningthetheoriesandtreatmentsofbothwesternmedicineandtraditionalChinesemedicine,hasbecomethedevelopingtrendofmedicinealongwiththesocialdevelopment.Forthisreason,pathologicalandpathophysio-logicalresearchinintegratedtraditionalChineseandwesternmedicineishighlysignificantforrevealingtheinternalrelationsbe-tweentheclinicalmanifestationandthepathologicalchanges,forexpoundingthecauses,conditions.mechanismsandlawsoftheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofdiseases.Indoingrelatedresearch,weshouldcombinethediseaseandthesyndrome,combinethemacro-levelandthemicro-level,combinethepartandthewhole.Weshouldmanagetosystematizetheclinicalresearch,toestab-lishanimalmodelsofthesyndromes,andtointegratetheanimalmodelsofsyndromeswiththeclinicalcharacteristicsofdisess-es.WeshouldapplythetheoriesoftraditionalChinesemedicinetothepathologicalandpathophysiologicalresearchofmodernmedicine.KEYWORDSpa
