宁波理工学院毕业设计（论文）题目屋面悬挑变形缝施工工法姓名阮杰聪学号3110624073专业班级11工程管理2班指导教师林宪章分院土木建筑工程学院开题日期2015年5月8日摘要随着社会经济的飞速发展，工程建设项目越来越繁荣，建筑不仅仅代表一座城市的演变，已经成为一座城市GDP，经济文化发展的重要标志。从古典园林到大型公园，从街边景点到城市广场，各种风格的大型建筑和高层建筑不断地在城市中出现，变化多样的错层结构、塔楼结构及各种不同风格的建筑造型繁荣了一座城市，随着建筑在不断追求功能多样化，建筑的布局越来越复杂，对结构的要求越来越高。解决屋面渗漏已经成为施工单位和用户普遍关注的问题。为了确保工程质量，建筑设计必须充分考虑到温度、沉降、收缩和震害等不利因素的影响，对建筑物结构之间预留一定量的变形缝。同时，我国是一个多地震国家，地震威胁着人们的生命和财产安全，尤其是对建筑物会产生极大的破坏，因此抗震是我国建筑工程结构防灾的首要任务，变形缝的施工质量控制已成为施工过程中的重点和难点。本工法主要针对屋面变形缝渗漏难题进行研究。应用于一些写字楼工程、商场工程，由于在处理屋面变形缝方面效果明显，具有一定的社会效益和经济效益。因此，提升对变形缝的技术与施工管理，开展对变形缝施工质量的研究，提高变形缝美观质量以及验收合格率具有非常重要的现实意义。对变形缝处的细部及薄弱部位进行加强和改进,跳板表面造型可以根据建筑要求可制作成不同规则是造型，增加变形缝的外观美感和完善其使用功能,即达到防水效果、发挥变形缝的实际使用功能、又美观大方，取得良好的整体效果，确保施工安全、快速。关键词：变形缝；技术；效益要四个AbstractWiththerapidsocio-economicdevelopment,moreandmoreprosperousconstructionprojects,buildingnotonlyrepresentstheevolutionofacity,hasbecomeacityofGDP,animportantindicatorofeconomicandculturaldevelopment.Fromclassicalgardenstolargeparks,attractionsfromthestreettothecitysquare,variousstylesoflargebuildingsandhigh-risebuildingsinthecitycontinuetoappear,diversesplit-levelstructure,towerstructureandavarietyofdifferentstylesofarchitecturemodelingprosperityacity,withtheconstructionintheconstantpursuitoffunctionaldiversity,morecomplexlayoutofthebuilding,thestructureoftheincreasinglyhighdemand.Solvetheproblemofroofleakagehasbecomeaconstructionunitsandusersofcommonconcern.Inordertoensurethequality,architecturaldesignmustbefullytakenintoaccounttheeffectsoftemperature,settling,shrinkageanddamage,andotherunfavorablefactors,betweenbuildingstructuretoreserveacertainamountofdeformationjoints.Meanwhile,Chinaisamanyearthquakes,earthquakethreattopeople'slivesandpropertysafety,especiallyforthebuildingwillhaveagreatdealofdamage,andthereforeistheprimarytaskofbuildingseismicengineeringstructuresdisasterpreventionandDeformationofconstructionqualitycontrolconstructionprocesshasbecomeimportantanddifficult.Theconstructionmethodmainlystudiesroofdeformation
