JOURNALOFRAREANDUNCOMMONDISEASES,JAN.2024,Vol.31,No.1,TotalNo.174急性睾丸节段性梗死的超声表现*·论著·黎羡*陈华彬陈妃三方字文中山市中医院超声科(广东中山528400)【摘要】目的探讨急性睾丸节段性梗死的超声表现。方法回顾性分析10例临床诊断为睾丸节段性梗死患者的临床与超声影像资料，10例均行常规超声及超声造影检查。结果10例患者年龄为16-52岁，中位年龄为29岁。7例病灶位于左侧，3例位于右侧。灰阶超声上6例呈楔形，3例呈类圆形，1例呈不规则形；6例呈低回声，4例呈不均质中等回声。彩色多普勒图像8例病灶内无血流，2例少许血流；8例病灶周围血流增加。超声造影6例呈楔形，4例呈类圆形；8例病灶无强化，2例少许强化；10例病灶周围环状强化。结论急性睾丸节段性梗死好发于青年，以左侧多见。超声主要表现为睾丸内的楔形或类圆形的低回声或不均质中等回声病灶，大多数病灶内无血供，但周围睾丸实质可出现血流增加和环状强化。【关键词】睾丸；节段性；梗死；超声；超声造影【中图分类号】R445.1【文献标识码】A【基金项目】2021年中山市卫生健康局医学科研项目(2021J139)TheDOI:10.3969/j.issn.1009-3257.2024.1.002UltrasonographicFindingsofAcuteSegmentalTesticularInfarction*LIXian*,CHENHua-bin,CHENFei-san,FANGZi-wen.DepartmentofUltrasound,HospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicineofZhongshan,Zhongshan528400,GuangdongProvince,ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveToexploretheultrasonographicfindingsofacutesegmentaltesticularMethodsinfarction.Theclinicaldataandultrasoundimagesof10patientswithacutesegmentaltesticularinfarctionwereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Allthe10patientsunderwentconventionalultrasoundandcontrast-enhancedultrasoundexaminations.ResultsThe10patientswereagedfrom16to52yearsold,meanaged29yearsold.Onconventionalultrasound,6lesionswerewedgeshaped,3wereoval,and1wasirregularshaped.Sixlesionswerelowreflectivityand4weremixedreflectivity.Colordopplerultrasoundshowed8lesionswereavascular,2werehypo-vascular,and8hadaperilesionalenhancingrim.Contrast-enhancedultrasounddisplayed6lesionswerewedgeshapedand4wereoval.Eightlesionswereavascularand2hadintralesionalvascularspots.Allthe10lesionshadaperilesionalenhancingConclusionrim.Acutesegmentaltesticularinfarctionoccursmostcommonlyinyoungadultsandmorecommonlyinvolvestheleftside.Themainultrasoundfindingsofacutesegmentaltesticularinfarctionarethatofawedgeorovalshaped,lowreflectivityormixedreflectivitylesionwithinthetestis.Oncolordopplerultrasoundandcontrast-enhancedultrasound,mostofthelesionsareavascularandsurroundedbyparenchymawithincreasedvascularizationandhaveaperilesional
