河南理工大学本科毕业设计PAGEII义煤集团千秋煤矿21201工作面防灭火设计摘要:煤炭作为基础能源在各国的能源消费中占有较大的比重,在经济增长中具有不可替代的地位。随着煤矿机械化水平提高,开采速度加快,引起采空区遗煤增多和面积扩大,使得采空区煤炭自燃隐患更加突出,矿井火灾呈现上升的趋势。本设计是针对义马煤业(集团)有限责任公司千秋煤矿21201工作面自然发火初步设计。治理煤炭自燃火灾的关键技术是精确确定地下火源位置和范围,它为制定灭火方案提供了科学的依据。本文从煤炭自燃的机理入手,分析了大面积采空区煤炭自燃火灾的特点,选择了综合灭火方案,即注水+注浆+注氮+三相泡沫,通过本方案的设计和计算,为千秋煤矿21201工作面防灭火提供科学依据,为成功的控制了采面火灾提供指导。本设计研究可延伸到所有类似矿井自燃火灾的设计和防治,对保障矿井安全生产有着重要意义。关键词:自然发火;灌浆系统;注氮系统;三相泡沫;矿井火灾TheDesignofAnti-fireonthe21201WorkFaceinQianqiuCoalMinerinYumaCoalIndustryCompanyAbstract:Asabasicenergy,coalhasalargeproportioninthenationalenergyconsumptionandhasanirreplaceablepositionineconomicgrowth.Withthemechanizationlevelofcoalrising,andthespeedofminingaccelerating,thenumberofthecoallefthasincreasedandthesizehasexpanded,thehiddendangerspontaneouscombustionofcoalinthegoafhasbeenmoreoutstanding,andtheminefiretakesonarisingtrend.ThedesignisthepreliminarydesignaimedatthespontaneouscombustionoftheworkfaceinYumaCoalIndustry(Group)Co.,Ltd.ThekeytechnologyofcontrollingtheSpontaneouscombustionofcoalfireistoaccuratelydeterminethelocationandtheextentthesourceofthefireonthegroundfloor,whichprovidesascientificbasisformakingthefire-fightingprogram.Basedonthemechanismofspontaneouscombustionofcoal,thispaperanalysesthecharacteristicsofcoalspontaneouscombustionfireinthelargeareagoaf,choosesacomprehensivefire-fightingprogram,thatis,wateringandgroutingandnitrogenandthree-phasefoam,throughthedesignandcalculationoftheprogram,providesascientificbasisforQinqiuCoalMineon21201workfacetofightfire,andprovideguidanceforthesuccessfulcontrolofthefireonminingface.Thisdesigncanbeextendedtoallthedesignandcontrolsimilarspontaneouscombustionfireinthemine,andhavegreatsignificanceforprotectingthesafetyofthemineproduction.Keywords:spontaneouscombustion;groutingsystem;nitrogeninjectionsystem;three-phasefoam;minefire目录TOC\o"1-2"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc232366571"1引言PAGEREF_Toc232366571\h1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc232366572"2矿井概况PAGEREF_Toc232366572\h3HYPERLINK\l"_Toc23
