摘要在经济飞速发展的今日,人力资源成为企业获得竞争优势的重要因素,对员工的流失是当今企业最需解决的困难之一。近年来,海马汽车的发展不是特别好,由于受到内外各种因素的影响,基层员工流失严重,给公司的生产经营带来了一定的影响。过多的基层员工流失导致人力成本增加,管理负担加重,给公司的发展带来很大影响,在瞬息万变的市场竞争中,公司抵御风险的能力逐步下降。因此,降低基层员工的流失率,是帮助企业走出困境、提高效益的当务之急。本文以海马汽车公司基层员工流失为考察对象,对公司近年来基层员工流失的影响、原因等展开调查,总结公司近年来基层员工的近况,并根据人力资源管理的相关理论知识,结合公司的相关情形,深度分析致使公司基层员工流失的主要原因,提出解决基层员工流失问题的对策。希望通过对该公司基层员工流失的分析,能为汽车制造商解决类似问题提供参考,也但愿其他汽车企业能从中学习经验。关键词:基层员工人员流失薪酬福利AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofeconomy,humanresourceshavebecomeanimportantfactorforenterprisestogaincompetitiveadvantages.Thelossofemployeesisoneofthemostdifficultproblemsthatenterprisesneedtosolvetoday.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofHaimaAutomobilehasnotbeenparticularlygood.Duetotheinfluenceofvariousinternalandexternalfactors,grass-rootsemployeeshavebeenseriouslydrained,whichhasbroughtcertaininfluencetothecompany'sproductionandoperation.Excessiveturnoverofgrass-rootsstaffleadstoincreasedlaborcostsandheaviermanagementburdens,whichhaveagreatimpactonthecompany'sdevelopment.Intherapidlychangingmarketcompetition,thecompany'sabilitytoresistrisksgraduallydecreases.Therefore,toreducetheturnoverrateofgrass-rootsstaffisthetopprioritytohelpenterprisesoutofdifficultiesandimproveefficiency.Thispapertakesthelossofgrass-rootsemployeesinHaimaAutomobileCompanyastheobjectofinvestigation,investigatestheinfluenceandcausesofthelossofgrass-rootsemployeesinthecompanyinrecentyears,summarizestherecentsituationofgrass-rootsemployeesinthecompany,andaccordingtotherelevanttheoreticalknowledgeofhumanresourcesmanagementandtherelevantsituationofthecompany,deeplyanalyzesthemaincausesofthelossofgrass-rootsemployeesinthecompany,andputsforwardthecountermeasurestosolvetheproblemoflossofgrass-rootsemployees.Itishopedthatthroughtheanalysisofthelossofgrass-rootsemployeesinthecompany,referencecanbeprovidedforautomobilemanufacturerstosolvesimilarproblems,andotherautomobileenterprisescanlearnfromthisexperience.Keywords:GrassrootsemployeesLossofpersonnelCompensationandbenefits目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYP
