高一学生英语写作合作学习实证研究的开题报告ResearchProposalforEmpiricalStudyofCollaborativeLearninginEnglishWritingamongHigh-SchoolStudents1.IntroductionCollaborativelearninghasbecomeapopularteachingapproachinrecentyears.Itischaracterizedbystudentsworkingtogethertosolveproblems,completetasks,orproduceoutput.Collaborativelearningisbelievedtoenhancestudents’learningoutcomes,developtheirsocialskills,andpromotetheirmetacognitiveabilities.Englishwriting,asacomplexanddemandingacademicskill,canbenefitfromtheapplicationofcollaborativelearning.However,thereislimitedresearchontheeffectivenessofcollaborativelearninginEnglishwritingamonghigh-schoolstudents.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheimpactofcollaborativelearningonthewritingperformanceandattitudesofhigh-schoolstudentsinChina.2.ResearchQuestionsThestudywilladdressthefollowingresearchquestions:1.Whatistheeffectofcollaborativelearningonthewritingperformanceofhigh-schoolstudentsinEnglish?2.Whatistheeffectofcollaborativelearningontheattitudesofhigh-schoolstudentstowardsEnglishwriting?3.ResearchDesignThestudywilluseaquasi-experimentaldesignwithapre-test,post-test,control-groupdesign.Atotalof60high-schoolstudentsfromtwoclasseswillberecruitedforthestudy.Theywillberandomlyassignedtoeithertheexperimentalorthecontrolgroup,with30studentsineachgroup.Bothgroupswillreceivethesamepre-testonEnglishwritingbeforetheintervention.Theexperimentalgroupwillreceivecollaborativelearning,whilethecontrolgroupwillreceivetraditionalteaching.Bothgroupswillreceivethesamepost-testonEnglishwritingaftertheintervention.Thedatacollectedfromthepre-testandpost-testwillbeanalyzedusingANCOVAandt-teststocomparethewritingperformanceandattitudesbetweenthetwogroups.Inaddition,asurveywillbeconductedtocollectthestudents’feedbackontheircollaborativelearningexperience.4.DataCollectionandAnalysisThedatawillbecollectedthroughapre-test,post-test,andasurvey.Thepre-testandpost-testwillconsistofawritingtaskinwhichthestudentswillberequiredtowriteashortessayonagiventopic.Thewritingperformanceofthe
