长春工业大学学士学位毕业论文摘要化学性肝损伤,是由化学性肝毒性物质所造成的肝损伤。大自然和人类工业生产过程中均存在一些对肝脏有毒性的物质,可引起不同程度的肝细胞坏死、脂肪变形、肝硬化和肝癌。对治疗化学性肝损伤的药物研究很多,但多为单方药物。本文以白芍为主要原材料,以葛根、甘草、五味子、丹参为辅料,在传统中医药配方的基础上严格按照保健食品开发的相关要求及法律法规加以合理调整,进而研发制作对抗化学性肝损伤的保健食品,复方白芍保肝颗粒。文章主要通过正交实验,对提取剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、提取剂用量、提取次数等因素进行比较,并采用紫外分光光度法,以芍药苷,五味子醇甲,葛根素的回收率为主要参考指标筛选最佳提取工艺。实验得出的最佳醇提工艺:提取剂为75%乙醇,提取三次,提取时间分别为1h,料液比分别为1:4。实验得水提最佳工艺为:提取三次,每次料液比1:6,每次时间分别为1.5h,醇沉工艺以70%乙醇效果最佳。最后经最佳提取工艺测得,五味子醇甲收率为,1.62%;葛根素收率为,3.69%;芍药苷收率为,2.52%。回收率均在70%以上。关键词:保肝;白芍;五味子;正交试验AbstractChemicalliverinjury,iscomposedofchemicallivertoxicliverinjurycausedby.Natureandhumanindustrialproductionprocesstherearesomeonhepatictoxicsubstances,cancausevaryingdegreesofnecrosisoflivercells,fatdeformation,livercirrhosisandhepatocellularcarcinoma.Onthetreatmentofchemicalliverinjuryofmany,butforthesingledrug.Thewhitepeonyrootasmainrawmaterials,usingtherootofkudzuvine,licorice,Schisandra,Salviamiltiorrhizaasauxiliarymaterial,inthetraditionalChinesemedicineformulaonthebasisofthedevelopmentofhealthfoodinstrictaccordancewiththerelevantrequirementsandlawsandregulationstoadjust,andR&Dproductionagainstchemicalliverinjuryofhealthfoodproducts,compoundwhitepeonyliverparticles.Thisarticlemainlythroughtheorthogonalexperiment,theextractingagentconcentration,extractiontime,extractiontemperature,extractionagent,extractiontimesandotherfactorswerecompared,andtheultravioletspectrophotometry,thepaeoniflorin,schisandrin,HoneSorecoveryrateasthemainreferenceindexforscreeningthebestextractionprocess.Experimentresultsshowthattheoptimalalcoholextractionprocessofextractingagent:75%ethanol,extractingforthreetimes,extractiontimewere1H,solid-liquidratioare1:4.Experimentofwaterextractionprocessforextractingforthreetimes,eachtime:liquidratio1:6,eachtimearerespectively1.5h,alcoholprecipitationprocesswith70%ethanoleffectisbest.Finally,theoptimumextractionprocessofSchizandrolAmeasured,yield,1.62%;puerarinyield,3.69%;paeoniflorinyield,2.52%.Therecoveryrateswereallover70%.Keywords:Protectionoftheli
