企业应收应付核算系统设计摘要：现今，国内组建的广电集团大部分属于“事业单位、企业管理”，有些集团的组建属于行政捆绑，而不是靠资本纽带来组建，管理相对粗放，特别是成本核算控制方面，尤其是电台电视台节目制作等事业部分，很多集团不计成本、不计利润，只讲创收；造成很多广电集团高收入高投入，名义上创收很多，利润很少。因此，如何控制广电集团事业部分的成本支出，激发集团下属单位的创收，又能实现财务的可管可控显得很重要。财务软件伴随着信息技术的发展以及管理思想的不断创新而不断发展，利用计算机及网络加强与拓展传统财务信息系统的职能进入了一个加速阶段。从最初的DOS平台到Windows、Unix平台，数据库从dBASE、FoxPro再到SQLServer、Sybase、Oracle等大型数据库，系统结构也基本上建立在C／S甚至B／S结构上。广电集团财务管理系统应该实现以下的功能：精确信息反馈，有效支持预算管理决策，真正实现对下属单位费用分层管理，分级控制；真正了解企业预算管理情况，通过预算分析为预算调整和来年的预算编制提供有效的支持；希望有效推行制定好的企业财务预算，降低不必要的运营成本；希望用款过程流程化、可控化；希望合理分配资金资源，杜绝人员贪污、浪费；希望由总部统一控制各分支机构的费用支出。系统采用asp.net技术进行开发，使用VS2005集成开发环境进行程序的编写，数据库采用微软大型的SQL2005数据库系统来存放数据信息。关键词：财务管理，管理系统，数据库，B/S，Asp.Net，SQL2005SVAGroupFinancialManagementSystemAbstract:Today,mostofthedomesticformoftheSVAGroupare"publicinstitutions,businessmanagement,"somepartoftheexecutivegroupofthebundleformation,ratherthanalinktotheformationofcapital,managementisrelativelyextensive,particularlyincostaccountingcontrol,especiallyradioandtelevisionprogramsproductionofsomeothercause,alotofgroupsregardlessofcost,excludingprofit,theytalkaboutincomegeneration;causealotofhigh-incomehighinputSVAGroup,nominallyalotofrevenue,profitslittle.Therefore,howtocontrolthebusinesspartoftheSVAGroupcosts,stimulatethegroup'srevenue-generatingunits,butalsocanachievethefinancialmanagementcontrolisveryimportant.Financialsoftwarealongwiththedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyandmanagementthinkinginnovationandcontinuousdevelopment,theuseofcomputersandnetworkstostrengthenandexpandthefunctionsoftraditionalfinancialinformationsystemsintoanacceleratedphase.FromtheinitialDOSplatformtoWindows,Unixplatforms,databasesfromdBASE,FoxProandthentoSQLServer,Sybase,Oracleandotherlargedatabase,thesystemstructureisbasicallybuiltontheC/SorB/Sstructure.SVAGroupfinancialmanagementsystemshouldachievethefollowingfunctions:accuratefeedback,effectivebudgetmanagementtosupportdecision-making,therealcostofhierarchicalmanagementofsubordinateunits,hierarchicalcontrol;trulyunderstandthebusinessbudgetmanage
