浙江科技学院毕业设计（论文）机构资源库－螺旋连杆机构等模拟仿真王国俊（HYPERLINK"http://jdx.zust.edu.cn/"机械与汽车工程学院指导教师：邹凤楼）摘要：制造业是我国国民经济的一个重要支柱，始终是创造社会财富的主要来源，是衡量国家综合国力的重要指标,而制造业的灵魂是设计，机构又是制造和被制造机械的灵魂。本次毕业设计所构建的机构资源库旨在为工程技术人员提供一个甄选创新设计的最优方案的平台。本论文综述了机构设计在现代制造业中的意义和发展前景,还有机构的结构理论,以及连杆机构、齿轮机构、凸轮机构、组合机构等的设计方法和设计要求，并简述了机构学领域的发展趋势，重点介绍机构资源库构建的先进方法----虚拟实现技术（虚拟样机）；虚拟现实技术(VR)主要包括模拟环境、感知、自然技能和传感设备等。随着计算机技术的广泛应用，虚拟样机技术就有了实现的平台，SolidWorks就是基于计算机技术开发的一个机械设计软件，本次毕业设计就是通过SolidWorks的建模、装配、动力学仿真、应力分析、动画模拟等模块来完成虚拟样机中的模拟环境技术，完成连杆机构、飞机起落架、齿轮机构等典型机构的设计与优化。关键词：机构；SolidWorks；建模；运动仿真Abstract:China'smanufacturingindustryisanimportanteconomicpillarofthecommunityhasalwaysbeentocreatethemainsourceofwealth,isameasureofanation'scomprehensivenationalstrengthareimportantindicators,andthemanufacturingsectoristhesoulofthedesign,Manufacturingsectorismanufacturingmachineryandthesoul.Thegraduationdesignconstructedofinstitutionalresourcestotheengineeringandtechnicalpersonneltoprovideaselectionoftheoptimaldesignofinnovativeprogramsplatform.Thispapersummarizedthedesignofmodernmanufacturinginthesignificanceandprospectsfordevelopment,andthestructuretheory,andLinkage,gear,cammechanism,thecompositionofbodiessuchasthedesignmethodologyanddesignrequirements,Hebriefedthefieldofinstitutionaldevelopmenttrendfocusesonbuildingtheinstitutionalresourcesoftheadvancedmethods-virtualtechnology(virtualprototyping);Virtualreality(VR)simulationenvironmentincluding,perceptual,naturalskillsandsensingequipment.WithcomputertechnologytothebroadapplicationofvirtualprototypingtechnologywillachieveplatformSolidWorksiscomputer-basedtechnologydevelopedbyamechanicaldesignsoftware.ThegraduationdesignthroughSolidWorksmodeling,assembly,dynamicssimulation,stressanalysis,Animationsimulationmoduletocompletethevirtualprototypesimulationenvironmenttechnology,completelinkage,aircraftlandinggear,Geartypicalofthedesignandoptimization.Keywords:Agencies;SolidWorks;Modelingagencies;MotionSimulation绪论1.1机构资源库及本次毕业设计的意义人类之所以取得文明和进步，就是因为我们不断的利用工具和改进工具，在现代社会中，机械就是原
