摘要随着时代的变迁，人力资源管理逐渐被应用于企业管理中来，地位也越来越高了。在这激烈的市场竞争中，人是生产力要素中最活跃的因素，人才是取得优势的重要因素。可是，我国大部分国有企业的员工培训这方面还存在很大的缺陷。而本文是以海南移动分公司为研究对象，对中国移动海南分公司员工培训存在的问题及对策进行研究。首先，先对员工培训进行概述，即是员工培训的含义及作用；然后，是研究海南移动公司员工培训的现状，即中国移动海南公司的背景介绍和人力资源管理现状；其次，是分析中国移动海南公司员工培训存在的问题，总结了四个问题，分别是企业和员工对培训的重视度不够、培训形式单一且传统、缺乏健全的培训体系以及考核只拘泥于形式四个问题；再次，根据其员工培训存在的问题找出相应的对策，分别是转变企业和员工的思想观念、采取科学有效及形式多样的培训方案、建立健全的培训体系以及建立有效员工培训评估及反馈机制四个相应对策；最后，总结全文以及提出建议。关键词：中国移动员工培训人力资源管理AbstractWiththechangeofTheTimes,humanresourcemanagementisgraduallyappliedtotheenterprisemanagement,andthestatusisgettinghigherandhigher.Inthisfiercemarketcompetition,peoplearethemostactivefactorinproductivityfactors,talentisanimportantfactortogainanadvantage.However,mostofthestate-ownedenterprisesinourcountrystillhavegreatshortcomingsinthisaspectofemployeetraining.Inthispaper,Chinamobilehaikoubranchastheresearchobject,Chinamobilehainanbranchstafftrainingproblemsandcountermeasures.Firstofall,anoverviewofthestafftraining,thatis,themeaningandroleofstafftraining;Then,itstudiesthestatusquoofemployeetraininginChinamobilehainancompany,namelythebackgroundintroductionandhumanresourcemanagementstatusofChinamobilehainancompany.Secondly,itanalyzestheproblemsexistingintheemployeetrainingofChinamobilehainancompany,andsummarizesfourproblems,namely,theenterpriseandemployeesdonotpayenoughattentiontothetraining,thetrainingformissimpleandthetrainingmethodisverytraditional,thereisnosoundtrainingsystemandtheassessmentislimitedtotheform.Thirdly,accordingtotheproblemsexistinginthestafftraining,thecorrespondingcountermeasuresarefound,whicharetochangetheideologyoftheenterpriseandthestaff,toadoptscientificandeffectivetrainingmethodsandvariousforms,toestablishasoundtrainingsystem,andtostrengthentheevaluationandfeedbackofthestafftrainingeffect.Finally,summarizethefulltextandputforwardSuggestions.Keywords:ChinaMobileEmployeetrainingHumanresourcemanagement目录TOC\o"1-2"\h\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc30238"一、引言PAGEREF_Toc302381HYPERLINK\l"_Toc16909"二、海南移动
