摘要在企业组织、公司制度的管理中,激励机制是以人为中心的,它追求管理的人性化,而机制则是以制度为导向,追求管理的制度化。本文研究的意义在于企业的发展离不开员工,而直接影响员工效率的是激励机制。目前,员工激励机制研究大多是定性分析,侧重从科学的角度研究激励机理,分析其激励因素与激励过程。针对目前我国企业在员工激励机制方面存在的问题,本文主要采取文献调查法和访谈法,以我国著名企业李锦记集团为例,依据李锦记集团的员工激励机制现状,分析其激励机制在发展中存在的问题:一薪酬结构不合理,二晋升机制不合理,员工缺乏职业生涯规划,三未发挥股权激励的作用,四绩效考核单一,缺乏针对性。并提出相应的对策:一完善薪酬结构,定时作出符合实际的修改,二完善晋升机制,为员工制定职业生涯规划,三引进员工持股计划,发挥股权激励的作用,四保证绩效考核的多样性和针对性。希望这些措施对李锦记集团的员工激励机制有所帮助。关键词:李锦记集团激励机制人员激励AbstractInthemanagementofenterpriseorganizationandcompanysystem,theincentivemechanismispeople-oriented,whichpursuesthehumanizationofmanagement,whilethemechanismissystemoriented,whichpursuestheinstitutionalizationofmanagement.Thepurposeofthispaperistostudytheincentivemechanismofemployees.Employeesarethecornerstoneofanenterprise,andeverythinginanenterprisecan'tbeseparatedfromemployees,whichareallgeneratedbyemployees.Atpresent,theresearchofemployeeincentivemechanismismostlyqualitativeanalysis,focusingonthescientificperspectiveofincentivemechanism,analyzingitsincentivefactorsandincentiveprocess.InviewoftheproblemsexistingintheemployeeincentivemechanismofChineseenterprises,thispapermainlyadoptsthemethodsofliteratureinvestigationandinterview,takingthefamousenterpriseLiJinjigroupasanexample,accordingtothecurrentsituationoftheemployeeincentivemechanismofLiJinjigroup,analyzestheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentoftheincentivemechanism:unreasonablesalarystructure,unreasonablepromotionmechanismandlackofcareerplanningThird,itdidnotplaytheroleofequityincentive;fourth,theperformanceappraisalwassingleandlackofpertinence.Andputforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasures:first,improvethesalarystructure,makethemodificationaccordingtotheactualtime;second,improvethepromotionmechanism,makecareerplanningforemployees;third,introduceemployeestockownershipplan,playtheroleofequityincentive;fourth,ensurethediversityandpertinenceofperformanceappraisal.ItishopedthatthesemeasureswillbehelpfultotheemployeeincentivemechanismofLijinjigroup.Keywords:LiJinjigroupexcitationmechanismStaffmotivat
