摘要在全球经济一体化的持续发展和经济科技水平的不断提高,我们正处于全球科技快速发展的时期,人力资源为企业提供竞争力,企业发展必须重视对人才培养,为企业人力资源提供可靠的保障。培训可以增强员工对企业的归属感和责任感;就企业而言,对员工培训越充分,培训能够更加员工对企业的归属感和责任感,就企业而言,对员工培训越充分,对员工具有吸引力,就越能够充分发挥员工的价值,从而为企业创造更多的奇迹。本文以立胜电力技术公司为研究对象,首先分析了该公司的培训管理现状,其次指出该公司培训前缺乏事先调查及沟通、员工培训课程目的不明确、培训对象的选择失误、培训效果不明显等问题,最后结合培训管理相关理论及立胜电力技术公司培训管理工作的实际情况提出与相关培训人员进行沟通、合理设计培训课程、准确选择培训对象、采取正确的效果反馈方法等方法,希望可以有针对性的解决立胜电力技术公司培训管理的现实问题,有效提升公司培训管理的水平。关键词:立胜电力技术公司员工培训培训管理现状AbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofglobaleconomicintegrationandthecontinuousimprovementofeconomicandtechnologicallevels,weareinaperiodofrapiddevelopmentofglobalscienceandtechnology.Humanresourcesprovideenterpriseswithcompetitiveness.Enterprisedevelopmentmustattachgreatimportancetopersonneltrainingandprovidereliableguaranteesforhumanresources.Trainingcanenhanceemployees'senseofbelongingandresponsibilitytothecompany.Forcompanies,themoreadequatetrainingforemployees,themoretrainingemployeescanfeelforbelongingandresponsibilityforthecompany.Forcompanies,themoreadequatetrainingforemployees,themoreattractiveemployeesare.Force,themoreabletogivefullplaytothevalueofemployees,therebycreatingmoremiraclesfortheenterprise.ThisarticletakesLishengPowerTechnologyCompanyastheresearchobject.Firstly,analyzesthecompany'strainingmanagementstatus,andthenpointsoutthatthecompanylackspriorinvestigationandcommunicationbeforetraining,thepurposeofemployeetrainingcoursesisnotclear,theselectionoftrainingtargetsiswrong,andthetrainingeffectisnotobvious.Andotherissues,andfinallycombinedwiththerelevanttheoriesoftrainingmanagementandtheactualsituationofthetrainingmanagementworkofLipsonPowerTechnologyCompany,itisproposedtocommunicatewithrelevanttrainers,reasonablydesigntrainingcourses,accuratelyselecttrainingobjects,andadoptcorrecteffectfeedbackmethods.ResolvethepracticalproblemsoftrainingmanagementofLishengPowerTechnologyCompanyinatargetedmanner,andeffectivelyimprovetheleveloftrainingmanagementofthecompany.Keywords:LishengpowerTechnologyCompanyStafftrainingTainingmanagements
